Book A Shoot

Basic Info

Photoshoots include all final photographs taken during your session (typically 10–15 photos per 15 minutes).

Each package includes basic editing, such as color correction and minor touch-ups.

If you'd like more in-depth changes—like altering the background, compositing, or special effects—advanced editing is available for an additional fee.

No extra charge for additional subjects.

​Convention Availability

I’m happy to attend any convention! However, if I don’t receive enough bookings to sustainably cover travel and lodging, a minimum attendance fee may be required to confirm your session.

This fee isn’t just an extra charge — it’s applied as shoot credit equal to its dollar value (e.g., a $120 fee = 45 minutes of shoot time). Think of it as a mandatory minimum booking that helps ensure I can attend the con and provide service.

You can use this credit toward:

• Shooting time

• Travel to off-site locations

• Advanced lighting setups

The full value doesn’t need to be used all at once, but it will be reserved for you if needed.

Studio Shoot

Come by my in-room studio for a session using a clean backdrop and controlled studio lighting. Great for portraits with a polished, posed look.

On-Location Shoot

Let’s shoot in the wild! I’ll come to any area within the main convention space or official hotels. 

These shoots use natural light or on-camera flash, depending on the look you are going for. Need a more cinematic or stylized look?
Advanced lighting setups (add-on fee) are available for shoots that require:

• Brighter or balanced lighting in dim areas

• Backlighting or rim lighting for more dramatic separation

• Multiple light sources for large scenes

• Colored Lighting for a stylized look

Travel to locations outside the main convention area can be arranged—just ask!

NSFW Shoot

Looking for a spicy shoot? I offer NSFW photoshoots inside convention hotel rooms only.

These shoots use natural light or on-camera flash, depending on the look you are going for. Need a more cinematic or stylized look?

Booking Details

​Booking Process

Just fill out the form on this page to request your session. I’ll reach out as soon as possible to confirm your shoot details.
Once everything is set, payment is due upfront and is nonrefundable, except in cases where I am unable to provide the service or cancellation is approved.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Need to reschedule? I’ll do my best to accommodate, but availability may be limited depending on how booked I am.

Please note:

• Cancellations are not allowed once the convention begins

• Before the convention, cancellations may be allowed if I have received enough bookings to support my attendance. If not, your booking helps cover travel and lodging and is considered nonrefundable

• If you're late to your session, extra time will not be added

• I may be able to reschedule late arrivals if there is availability, but if I’m fully booked, no refund will be given

Delivery Timeline

Final edited photos will be delivered within 15 days of the convention’s end.

What to Bring

To get the most out of your session:

• Bring any additional outfits, props, or accessories you'd like to include

• A handler or assistant is highly recommended—I'll help however I can, but more hands make things faster and easier

• Have any reference images or pose ideas? You’re welcome to send them ahead of time or bring them to your session

• Please arrive fully suited and ready to shoot at your appointment start time

Image Usage & Rights

You are free to use the photos for personal or commercial purposes (e.g., social media, prints, merchandise, promotion, etc.).
I may request to use select photos in my portfolio or promotional materials, but I will always ask first.
